Business Centre Consulting

The systems and team behind a centre that runs smoothly

A great fit-out still needs the right people, software and processes. We have set them up from scratch.

Who it's for

New centres getting ready to open, and existing centres with manual or patchy processes.

We own and operate a business centre in Dunfermline and ran Antonine Hub in Falkirk. We know what makes a centre work, and what doesn’t.

Centre management software and CRM selection and set-up (such as OfficeRnD)
An automated virtual office workflow: enquiry, payment, AML and ID checks, membership, keys
Anti-money-laundering registration guidance
Staffing structure and recruitment
Ancillary services such as a café or gym

From empty office building to full-service business hub.

Book a free 30-minute call and we’ll talk it through.
